Crocus Dorothy is a cheerful early flowering crocus producing rich golden-yellow blooms that brighten the garden from February to March. Reaching approximately 8cm in height, this compact variety is lightly fragrant and provides one of the earliest displays of colour after winter, while also offering an important source of nectar for bees and other early pollinating insects.

Ideal for naturalising, Crocus Dorothy is perfect for planting in lawns, borders, rockeries, woodland gardens and containers. Left undisturbed, the corms will gradually multiply to create vibrant drifts of golden flowers that return each spring, making this variety an excellent choice for natural-style planting and colourful early season displays.
