For overseeding, mow the existing lawn closely, rake or scarify the area, and apply the seed at a rate of 25 grams per square metre. After sowing, lightly rake to incorporate the seed, walk over or roll the area to press the seed into the soil, and water thoroughly. Keep the soil moist until germination occurs, watering daily if needed.
