I have an account but can't log in. Why?
In November 2019,
we changed our website over to a new platform and server. If you had an account previously, this
will no longer work
on the new site and you need to create a new account. This is due to new GDPR data protection rules, which prevent us accessing your sensitive information like passwords. Please create a new account
. You will then receive an email confirmation. You need to open this email and confirm your account. Then when this is done, you can easily sign into your account again.
Otherwise, it could be that the wrong password is being entered. Please check spelling of both your password and your email address. To reset your password, click on “forgot your password” on the account log in page. You can reset your password by entering your email address and following the instructions in the email we send you. You’ll be asked to immediately create a new personalised password of your choice which you can then use to sign in.
