The first hybrid Mizuna is great in salads, cooked for soups or stir fries. A very hardy variety, it will crop late into the autumn producing high yields with a great fresh and peppery taste. Great colourful addition to salads, it is easy to grow and can be used as a cut and come again, providing you with a continuous crop. A simply marvellous oriental vegetable.
