Cave de Cairanne was founded in 1929 in the heart of the Cru's of Southern Rhône.

In the winery the same mindset of the most artisanal producers is followed. Either minimal or no sulphur, concrete tanks and wines spend time on their fine lees for silkiness and protection against oxygen. The results are wines of freshness, personality, texture, structure, elegance and finesse.

With a deep purple colour with garnet reflections, Insouciante exhales aromas of red and black fruits supported by a spicy note.

On the palate, it is blackberries and figs that characterize the cuvée. The round and supple tannins are present and give all its potential to this cuvée.
