Muscari Comosum

€5.95

Muscari Comosum, also known as Tassel Grape Hyacinth, is a truly unusual spring flowering bulb, prized for its distinctive flower spikes topped with elegant violet-blue tassels. Unlike traditional grape hyacinths, this fascinating variety produces a cluster of fertile flowers below, crowned with a striking tuft of feathery violet blooms that create an eye-catching architectural display. Flowering during April and May, Muscari Comosum is perfect for adding texture and interest to borders, rockeries, wildlife gardens and naturalised planting schemes.

This hardy and easy-to-grow variety thrives in sunny or partially shaded positions and returns year after year with very little maintenance. Its nectar-rich flowers are particularly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, making it an excellent choice for wildlife-friendly gardens.
