Natural Soil Enrichment for Healthier Growth
Westland Organic Chicken Manure Pellets are an excellent natural fertiliser that enriches and conditions the soil. Made from 100% composted chicken manure, these pellets provide essential nutrients, ensuring stronger, healthier plants and prolonged feeding for up to three months. They release nutrients slowly, improving soil structure and promoting sustained plant growth across the garden.

Why Use?
These organic pellets are ideal for soil enrichment and plant feeding, offering a chemical-free source of nitrogen to support healthy green growth. Rich in organic matter, they break down naturally, steadily releasing nutrients into the soil, making them perfect for vegetables, flowers, trees, shrubs, and composting.

What to Expect
Plants will thrive for longer, with healthier foliage and improved growth. The pellets decompose gradually, ensuring a consistent nutrient supply. For fast-growing crops, an additional feed may be required.

When to Use
Apply in autumn when preparing winter beds or in early spring as a base fertiliser before planting. To support plant health and ensure a high-quality yield, apply an additional feed 3-4 weeks after planting.

How to Use
Organic fertilisers rely on moisture and soil contact to break down and release nutrients. For best results, work the pellets into the soil using a hoe. During dry weather, water before and after planting. Apply several days before sowing seeds or planting out small and sensitive plants.

Application Rates:
For soil improvement, apply 2 to 6 handfuls per square metre (100 to 300 grams) before planting, and 1 to 3 handfuls per square metre (50 to 150 grams) before sowing.

When feeding plants such as fruit and vegetables, flowers, beds and borders, roses, trees, and shrubs, apply 2 to 6 handfuls per square metre (100 to 300 grams). For composting, add 1 handful (50 grams) per layer of the compost heap.

Higher application rates are recommended for sandy or nutrient-deficient soils and strong or vigorous plants. Lower application rates should be used for rich or heavy soils and small or sensitive plants.

Aftercare
Check plants regularly for signs of nutrient deficiency. If yellowing or slow growth occurs, apply a supplementary feed like an all-purpose plant food for optimal results.

General Advice
Store in a dry, frost-free place away from garden chemicals and reseal the bucket after use. This product is safe for use where children and pets are present. However, some pets may be attracted to the manure—ensure pellets are well incorporated into the soil to prevent access. Always wear gloves when handling and avoid exceeding the recommended application rate.
