Begonia Pink Double
Begonia Pink Double is a beautiful variety known for its stunning, double pink flowers. The plant reaches a height of 20 cm (8 inches) and is well-suited for hanging baskets, window boxes, and containers.
To plant, position the tubers on the surface of well-drained, moist soil, spacing them 5 cm (2 inches) apart. While begonias thrive in semi-shaded areas, they will also bloom in full sun. Planting should start in April, once the threat of frost has passed.
For earlier flowering, arrange the tubers close together in trays with damp compost and sand, maintaining a temperature of 7-16ºC (45-60ºF). Once all risk of frost has passed, transplant them outdoors for a beautiful display of pink flowers throughout the summer.
