Aftercare
Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering so the bulbs can store energy for the following year. Alliums prefer well-drained soil, particularly during winter. Leave the attractive seed heads in place to provide additional architectural interest or cut them for dried floral arrangements. Established bulbs will return reliably each year with very little maintenance.
