€7.95
The Iris Sibirica Ginger Twist is a fragrant peacock butterfly iris with stunning yellow falls brushed with purple, white, and lilac hues. It blooms from May to July and grows to a height of 70 cm (28 inches), adding a touch of elegance to your garden.
Planting depth: Plant rhizomes around 5 cm (2 inches) deep, spaced 5 cm (2 inches) apart. Start planting in March onwards.
Uses: Ideal for beds and borders, this iris variety provides long-lasting, vibrant colour in early summer, especially after spring flowers have faded.
Expert Tip: Iris Sibirica prefers moist, fertile soil that is well-drained, with full sun or partial shade. Water well until established and prune after flowering to maintain tidiness. If left undisturbed, they will bloom year after year, offering a beautiful, repeat performance.
