Papaver Patty's Plum (Select from Taylor's)
Flower Bulbs
Papaver Patty’s Plum is a truly striking oriental poppy, admired for its large, ruffled flowers in rich shades of deep plum and rose, centred with a dramatic dark eye. Flowering in late spring to early summer, this distinctive variety makes a bold statement in borders, where its intense colouring creates contrast among softer planting schemes. Selected by Taylor’s for its exceptional flower quality, it’s a standout choice for gardeners looking for something a little different.
This hardy perennial forms strong clumps of attractive foliage, with tall stems that hold the blooms proudly above the leaves. Once established, Patty’s Plum is long-lived and reliable, returning year after year with an impressive floral display. It also supports pollinators, making it both beautiful and beneficial in the garden.
