At the heart of the Amaro™ are three powerful P-shaped stainless steel burners, each delivering 3.2 kW of heat and providing broad, even coverage directly under the plancha. Designed for convenience, the Amaro™ features a removable cooking hood made from powder-coated steel, shielding the plancha from wind and weather when not in use. The hood detaches easily without tools when it’s time to cook. Integrated side handles make the plancha plate simple to remove for cleaning or storage. Two detachable tool-free storage baskets provide handy spots for sauces, spices or utensils, while fold-down side shelves and a large front storage shelf offer further practical space.
