The grill is started by way of electronic SureFire® ignition, at the touch of a button and without any open flame. Three low-consumption, upward-facing high-performance stainless steel burners produce maximum, evenly distributed heat with low gas consumption. The heat generated in this way is transferred via the stainless steel emitters to the durable, porcelain enamelled cast iron grates, where it is stored and transferred to the food to be grilled. The extra-high, double-walled lid – including lid temperature gauge – allows a variety of different cooking methods. In addition, sauces or side dishes can be prepared on the side burner. Visually, the Professional CORE with its high-quality design and all-black look is a real eye-catcher with a whole host of practical extras. When turned on, a red LED light illuminates the ergonomically shaped knobs. This not only ensures a modern look but also improved control over the gas flow. Two large doors conceal the grill’s interior, which offers a built-in holder for a gas bottle weighing up to 11 kg, as well as additional storage space. With its four heavy-duty wheels, the grill can easily be pushed to the desired location and fixed there in place by way of two wheel locks.
