Gladioli ‘Carine’ is a charming hardy nanus variety, producing elegant cream-coloured flowers beautifully marked with rich pink throats. Compact yet eye-catching, this gladiolus adds delicate colour and structure to borders, beds and cutting gardens, fitting effortlessly into both traditional and contemporary planting schemes.
Flowering from July through to September, Gladioli Carine grows to around 60cm tall, making it shorter and sturdier than standard gladioli and less in need of staking. Its refined blooms are also excellent for cutting, bringing soft colour and elegance indoors while continuing to flower reliably in the garden.

Aftercare
Plant gladioli corms in well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered position. Plant in spring after the risk of frost has passed, spacing corms around 10–15cm apart. Water regularly during dry spells. Hardy nanus varieties may be left in the ground in mild areas, but lifting and storing over winter is recommended in colder or wetter conditions.
