Fritillaria Meleagris Alba
Fritillaria Meleagris Alba is a graceful white form of the much-loved Snake's Head Fritillary, producing elegant nodding bell-shaped flowers in pure white with delicate green markings. Flowering throughout April and May, these charming blooms reach approximately 20cm in height, bringing a refined, natural look to woodland gardens, borders and wildflower planting schemes.
Perfect for naturalising, Fritillaria Meleagris Alba thrives in moisture-retentive soil where it gradually establishes to create beautiful drifts of spring flowers. Its understated beauty pairs wonderfully with bluebells, primroses and other woodland favourites, while the delicate flowers provide an important nectar source for early pollinating insects.

Keep the soil evenly moist while plants are actively growing, particularly during dry spring weather. Allow the foliage to die back naturally after flowering so the bulbs can store energy for the following year. Leave bulbs undisturbed to encourage natural spreading and increasingly impressive spring displays.
