Aftercare
Water regularly during dry periods while plants are actively growing, taking care not to overwater. Reduce watering as the bulbs begin to mature and the foliage starts to yellow. Harvest once most of the leaves have died back, then cure the bulbs in a dry, airy location for several weeks before storing. Properly cured Germidour garlic stores well for many months.
