Crocus Speciosus

€4.95

The Crocus Speciosus is a striking autumn-flowering crocus, producing elegant lilac-blue blooms with bright orange stamens that provide a welcome burst of colour as the summer garden fades. An RHS Award of Garden Merit winner and bee-friendly variety, it is ideal for extending the flowering season while supporting pollinators.

Plant these hardy bulbs in autumn and they will flower within weeks, bringing charm to rockeries, borders, and naturalised areas beneath shrubs or in lawns. The foliage appears in spring, storing energy for the following year’s flowers. Once planted, Crocus Speciosus naturalises easily, returning each year in greater numbers.
