Inspired by the character and quiet beauty of traditional gardens, the Hug Rug x Sally Swannell Green House Mat features a beautifully illustrated greenhouse surrounded by mature greenery and a classic garden wall. Pots, a watering can and other familiar gardening details complete the scene, giving the design the distinctive country charm of Sally Swannell’s artwork.

Created through the Hug Rug x Sally Swannell collaboration, the design celebrates Sally’s love of gardens, the everyday paraphernalia found within them and the wildlife that makes these spaces its home. Its soft, muted palette makes it particularly suited to garden lovers and country-inspired interiors.

Made in Britain as part of Hug Rug’s Aura collection, this 65 x 85cm indoor mat combines a super-soft recycled nylon surface with practical dirt-trapping performance. It captures up to 95% of dirt, mud and moisture, making it ideal inside front and back doors, particularly for busy homes where muddy footwear is a regular visitor.

A recycled rubber non-slip backing helps keep the mat securely in position, while the machine-washable, quick-drying construction makes everyday care simple. A matching Green House Runner is also available for coordinating adjoining areas of the home.
