Patio Collection - Gladiolus Callianthus Syn. Acidanthera
Flower Bulbs
Gladiolus callianthus (syn. Acidanthera murielae), often known as the Abyssinian Gladiolus, is an elegant summer-flowering bulb prized for its graceful, star-shaped white flowers with deep burgundy centres. Lightly scented and beautifully refined, it adds movement, height, and a touch of sophistication to patio pots, borders, and cut flower arrangements.
Flowering in late summer, this slender Gladiolus variety is ideal for containers and smaller garden spaces, where its upright stems and delicate blooms create a striking yet understated display. It works particularly well in groups, producing a soft, airy effect that contrasts beautifully with bolder summer planting.
