Gardening & Plant Care
€21.95
RoseClear® Ultra Shield 200ml Concentrate is a modern, pesticide free solution designed to protect roses, shrubs and other ornamental plants from common pests and diseases. Using a patent-pending dual action formula, it creates a physical barrier on the plant while also helping to strengthen the plant’s natural defences. This approach helps guard against aphids, mealybugs, red spider mites, black spot, powdery mildew and rust, while also preventing new attacks on fresh growth. Kind to the garden ecosystem, it is safe for use around bees and pets, making it an excellent choice for gardeners looking for effective but gentle plant protection. The concentrated formula makes up to 6.6 litres of spray and comes in a bottle made from 100% recycled plastic, offering both value and sustainability.
Key Features
RoseClear® Ultra Shield offers dual action protection by combining a physical protective coating with support for the plant’s own natural resistance. It is completely pesticide free and suitable for regular use throughout the growing season. The formula is effective against a wide range of rose pests and diseases while remaining safe to use around wildlife and pets. Designed for outdoor ornamental plants, it helps prevent further infestations and protects new growth when applied consistently.
When to Use
RoseClear® Ultra Shield should be used from April to September during the active growing season. Regular bi-weekly application is recommended to maintain continuous protection and achieve the best results.
How to Use
Shake the bottle very vigorously before use. Using the measuring cap provided, add 30ml of concentrate to every litre of water in a clean garden pressure sprayer. Mix thoroughly and use immediately. Spray evenly onto the upper and lower surfaces of leaves until run-off, taking care to avoid buds and open flowers. Apply in dry, calm conditions and avoid bright sunlight, drought, frost or temperatures above 25°C. Wearing gloves during application is recommended.
Where to Use
This product is suitable for outdoor plants such as roses, shrubs and other ornamental plants. Some plants may be sensitive to oils, so it is advisable to test on a small area and wait a few days before full treatment. Do not spray directly onto blooms.
How Often to Apply
Apply every two weeks directly to the foliage throughout the season. Consistent application is key to building effective plant protection and maintaining a strong barrier against pests and diseases.
Coverage Area
The 200ml concentrate makes up to 6.6 litres of spray solution, providing ample coverage for regular treatments across a range of garden plants.
Cautions
Contains 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, which may cause an allergic reaction. Avoid contact with skin and wash hands thoroughly after use. Wash off any splashes immediately. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight between 5°C and 35°C. Keep out of reach of children.
