If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can usually change the order contents or delivery address. The easiest way to do this is to contact Customer Support at online@johnstowngardencentre.ie or call 045-879138.

You should always receive a confirmation email once your order has successfully completed, followed by a dispatch email once the order has left us. If you do not receive these emails, check your email Spam, Promotions and Junk folders and account information to ensure the correct email address has been submitted and there are no misspellings. If there are still no emails there, then your order has not been completed successfully and you will have to try again.

We are really sorry if there is a problem with your order. If the item has been damaged in transit or you received a wrong item, please take a photo and send it to us at online@johnstowngardencentre.ie. We will try our best to correct it and replace the damaged/wrong item if we are at fault. Please see our returns policy here. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear back in your account.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order by contacting Customer Support at online@johnstowngardencentre.ie or call 045-879138. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If your order has already been dispatched you can still return it and cancel it. Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order online.

Since the Covid 19 pandemic, parcel deliveries are all contactless without a signature

If your parcel was a small envelope eg. Gift voucher, no signature is necessary, either

Nationwide delivery (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) starts at €7.95, regardless of how many items you order! So even if you order one item or 100 items, delivery will stay the same. Large items such as furniture will incur a €59 delivery charge.

In November 2019, we changed our website over to a new platform and server. If you had an account previously, this will no longer work on the new site and you need to create a new account. This is due to new GDPR data protection rules, which prevent us accessing your sensitive information like passwords. Please create a new account . You will then receive an email confirmation. You need to open this email and confirm your account. Then when this is done, you can easily sign into your account again.

Otherwise, it could be that the wrong password is being entered. Please check spelling of both your password and your email address. To reset your password, click on “forgot your password” on the account log in page. You can reset your password by entering your email address and following the instructions in the email we send you. You’ll be asked to immediately create a new personalised password of your choice which you can then use to sign in. 

We provide a tracking number on your shipping email. Your order will be shipped via DPD Ireland or An Post.

Generally orders arrive  without incident the next day after we send them so tracking is usually not needed.

We are extremely sorry if your order has been damaged during transit. Please take a picture and send it to online@johnstowngardencentre.ie and we will be in contact with you to discuss your options of returning the order.
