A spectacular and unusual cultivar with fetching blue-grey foliage.

Common name: Blue Giant Redwood.

Position: Full sun.

Soil: Moist or well drained, fertile soil.

Hardiness: Very hardy.

Rate of Growth: Vigorous .

Habit: Eventually a very tall tree with a conical, upright habit.

Height: 50+ m (164 ft) Spread: 10 m (32 ft).

Notes: Once established, Sequoiadendron giganteum 'Glaucum' are resistant both to wind and drought.
