Vinca minor 'Atropurpurea'

Deep plum-purple flowers appear in spring above the evergreen foliage of Vinca minor 'Atropurpurea'. This attractive Lesser Periwinkle is less vigorous than its larger cousin Vinca major, making it easier to confine to its allotted space.

Vinca are perfect for filling tricky spots where little else grows. Ideal for creating weed suppressing ground cover in almost any position, from sunny banks to dark, shady corners. Height: 20cm (8") Spread: 50cm (19").

Plant every 30-40cm apart.
