English Bluebells 'Hyacinthoides Non-Scripta'

€5.95

Hyacinthoides Non-Scripta, commonly known as the English Bluebell, is a much-loved native woodland bulb producing graceful arching stems of fragrant violet-blue, bell-shaped flowers during May and June. Reaching approximately 25cm in height, this elegant spring flowering bulb creates stunning carpets of colour beneath deciduous trees, along woodland paths and in shaded borders. Once established, it naturalises freely, returning each year with increasingly impressive displays.

Perfect for woodland gardens and partially shaded areas, Hyacinthoides Non-Scripta thrives in moist, fertile, well-drained soil. Its nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, making it an excellent choice for wildlife-friendly planting as well as naturalistic garden designs.
