Herb Borage

For an amazingly easy to grow herb with pretty flowers and a varietyof uses, choose Borage. It germinates easily and quickly forms large flowering plants with azure blue, star-shaped flowers all summer. The bees love it. You can use the young leaves in salads; they have an interesting texture and taste like cucumber, or add the flowers to summer drinks and salads for a stunning colour sensation. Fabulous.
