Eranthis Cilicica
Eranthis Cilicica is a delightful late winter flowering bulb producing cheerful golden-yellow, buttercup-like flowers surrounded by a collar of fresh green foliage. Flowering from February to March, this compact variety reaches approximately 10cm in height and is one of the earliest plants to brighten the garden after winter. Perfect for woodland gardens, beneath deciduous trees, borders and naturalised lawns, it creates vibrant carpets of colour year after year.
Ideal for planting in drifts, Eranthis Cilicica thrives in cool, moisture-retentive soil and gradually spreads to create impressive displays. Its early blooms provide an important source of nectar for bees and other pollinators emerging at the end of winter.
