Apple (Malus) Rosette

Quick Overview

If you are looking for a uniquely decorative apple, the crisp, early cropping, red Rosette is a must.

The light, sweet flavour, with a hint of summer berries is enough to recommend it, but it's the colourful inside that is really special.
When you cut one in half, you will see a starburst of clean white and vibrant pink flesh, radiating in fairly regular patterns from the seeds in the centre.
Whether you serve it as a simple dessert apple or chopped into a salad, it is sure to win some compliments!

Found in a garden in Worcestershire, this natural sport of Discovery develops a rich red skin colour and has a crisp, juicy texture and fresh raspberry flavour. Easy to grow with a compact habit, ideal for the smallest of gardens. Flowers and crops heavily from an early age.

This tree is on a dwarf rootstock M26 to keep it small and manageable.
The mature size is about 3m x 3m (9ft x 9ft)
Plant with another apple variety for pollination
