Aftercare
Plant dahlia tubers outdoors after the risk of frost has passed, in a sunny, sheltered position with fertile, well-drained soil. Water regularly during dry spells and feed every couple of weeks once growth is established. Stake taller plants to support flower stems. In autumn, lift tubers after the first frost blackens the foliage and store them in a cool, dry, frost-free place over winter.
