Allium Mount Everest
Allium Mount Everest is an impressive ornamental onion producing large, perfectly rounded flower heads made up of hundreds of pure white star-shaped florets. Flowering from May to June and reaching approximately 100cm in height, this elegant variety creates a striking architectural display in borders, cottage gardens and contemporary planting schemes. Its tall stems and crisp white blooms contrast beautifully with colourful perennials and ornamental grasses.
Thriving in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil, Allium Mount Everest is a hardy, reliable performer that attracts bees, butterflies and other pollinators. The long-lasting blooms are also excellent for cutting, while the decorative seed heads provide interest long after flowering has finished.
